Shipping Policy
Royal Car Mats supplies mainly in North America and Europe.
After making a purchase, you may be liable and have to pay customs duty/tax on the product before it can be delivered to you in your country. This is your responsibility to acknowledge and understand this message before making a purchase.
Please note:
- We are able to keep our product costs low and offer free delivery because of this logistics set up.
- the prices and description shown on the shipping invoice will be different to what you the customer paid as these are values and information for customs declaration purposes ONLY which in turn helps to prevent/reduce duties or sales taxes that you, the customer, may have to pay when receiving imported goods in certain countries.
An estimated production time will be shown on each product page. This is decided depending on how busy we are. Please note that this estimate could be subject to change at any time because the production time could be completed over a shorter or longer time period than stated on the product pages.
Shipping Cost:
All orders are shipped free of charge
Handling time and transit time and order cut-off time:
- Handling time: 1-5 business days (Mon-Fri)
- Transit time: 6-15 business days (Mon – Fri)
- 99% of all orders are shipped on the same day if it is done: 8 AM
- Order Cut-Off Time: 8 AM (GMT-08: 00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)
Before ordering please note that due to high demand of our products we currently have an estimated 18-30 days total production and delivery time (from time your order was placed to order being delivered to your door) depending on your specific location.

Order Cancelation
This also means that we are unable to cancel or change any order after 24 hours from when the order was placed.
Uncollected parcels
If you fail to pick up your parcel when delivered and the parcel is returned to our Royal Car Mats warehouse there will be a $50 USD re-shipping charge. In this case, re-delivery can take up to another 30 days (return time plus re-shipping time).
If you do not wish to wait another 30 days for your order to be redelivered only a partial refund will be offered after all production and initial shipping costs have been deducted. As all our products are custom made and have no resale value, the partial refund will be 50% of the total amount of the original price to cover materials, workmanship, and shipping costs for your custom order.
