Return and Refund Policy
We do not accept returns but we provide 12 months ( 365 Days ) warranty. Because our products are made by custom which is why we cannot accept returns. Because we can’t sell your custom product to any other buyer. Visit the warranty page to learn more about our warranty.
Return Policy
We do not offer a refund policy on custom made bespoke mats and an order cannot be canceled once you have made a custom order with us – by making a purchase you agree to confirm your custom order with Royal Car Mats Please note that all our mats are custom made to order to suit your individual vehicle which you specify on your order form – terms in line with consumer contracts regulation.
We have a 365-day warranty policy. We cannot accept total returns because our products are made by custom. If the product you bought has a problem within 365 days, we will repair it (new or used).
Return claims must be agreed between a customer and Royal Car Mats:
- Products must be returned By mail
- Product must be returned unused and undamaged in its original packaging.
- If after delivery a revision is required, we, Royal Car Mats, have the right to rectify the design.
- If customers insist on returning custom made products, they will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 35% of the total amount of the original price to cover materials and workmanship for your custom order.
Please Note: you will be responsible for the return postage and packaging cost.

Refund policy
A refund amount will only be issued once we have received the product back and checked it for damage and that the product is unused. If satisfactory you will then receive the refund amount within 14 days.

- A note stating reason for return
- Your name, order number with receipt, email address, phone number and your address
